  • 1.5 tbsp Olive Oil can substitute with canola oil or butter

Cooking Instructions

  • Start by mincing the garlic and chopping the fresh parsley. In a large mixing bowl, combine these with ground turkey, the egg, Worcestershire sauce, and the spices.
  • Carefully blend the ingredients using your hands. Avoid overworking the turkey to keep burgers tender.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form each into a patty, making a slight indentation in the center.
  • In a skillet, warm the olive oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  • Place the patties in the skillet, cooking for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Flip and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Toast the buns if desired, spread a layer of mayonnaise, add lettuce, tomato, and the turkey patties on top. Serve immediately!
