Preparation Steps

  • Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until melted and bubbling.
  • Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper on both sides.
  • Place the seasoned chicken in the skillet and cook undisturbed for 4 minutes.
  • Drizzle half of the fresh lemon juice over the chicken and add fresh garlic and chopped parsley around it.
  • Flip the chicken over gently, drizzle the remaining lemon juice on top, and add the green beans around the chicken.
  • Cover the skillet and cook for an additional 6 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Cook the green beans for an extra 2-3 minutes if you prefer a softer texture.
