  • 1 8 oz container whipped topping, thawed (for an airy, mousse-like texture)
  • For Garnish:
  • Whipped cream for extra fluffiness
  • Maraschino cherries for a pop of color and sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Make the Crust
  • In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and brown sugar.
  • Add melted butter and stir until the mixture looks like wet sand.
  • Press the crust mixture into a 9-inch pie dish evenly and firmly.
  • Place the crust in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to set.
  • Prepare the Filling
  • In a large bowl, whisk together cold milk, mint extract, and green food coloring.
  • Add instant vanilla pudding mix and whisk for 2 minutes until thick and smooth.
  • Cover and chill for 5-10 minutes to allow the pudding to set.
  • Assemble the Pie
  • Stir the pudding mixture again to ensure a smooth texture.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  • Pour the filling into the chilled pie crust and spread evenly.
  • Chill & Serve
  • Cover and refrigerate for 6-7 hours (or overnight) for best results.

Notes
