How to Make Spicy Chili Garlic Deviled Eggs

  • Hard-boil six large eggs. Place them in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a gentle boil, then cover and remove from heat, letting them sit for 12 minutes. Cool in an ice bath for about 10 minutes.
  • Peel the cooled eggs under running water for ease. Slice each egg in half lengthwise, carefully removing the yolks and placing them in a mixing bowl. Mash yolks until smooth, then mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and chili garlic oil until creamy.
