  • 2 tails Lobster Tails 5-8 oz. sizes, preferably cold-water tails.

For the Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 5 tbsp Unsalted Butter Recommended: Kerrygold for best flavor.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Finely minced.
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed.
  • 1.5 tbsp Fresh Parsley Finely chopped.

For Seasoning

  • 0.75 tsp Kosher Salt Diamond Crystal salt recommended.
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper Freshly ground.

Steps to Prepare

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Prepare the lobster tails by carefully cutting lengthwise down the top shell with kitchen shears.
  • Arrange the prepared tails in a baking dish and add about ½ inch of water to the bottom. Cover the dish tightly with foil.
  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, then add minced garlic and sauté for about 20 seconds.
  • Bake the lobster tails for 20-27 minutes, checking for an internal temperature of 135-140°F.
  • Combine the cooked garlic butter with lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Unveil the lobster tails carefully, drizzle with garlic herb butter, and serve alongside lemon wedges.
