  • **For the Filling:**
  • - 3 large eggs room temperature
  • - ¾ cup unsalted butter melted and cooled
  • - 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • - ½ cup allulose or Bocha Sweet
  • - ½ cup Swerve Brown sweetener
  • - ¼ tsp salt
  • - 2 cups pecan halves

Instructions
 

  • **Preheat oven** to 325°F (163°C) and blind-bake your keto crust for 10 minutes.
  • **Melt butter** with sweeteners in a saucepan. Simmer 2–3 mins, then cool.
  • **Whisk** in vanilla, salt, and eggs until smooth.
  • **Place pecans** in the crust. Pour filling over the top.
  • **Bake** 45–50 minutes until center is slightly jiggly.
  • **Cool completely** before slicing. Serve plain or with whipped cream.

Notes

- Do not overbake—center should jiggle slightly when done.
