Instructions

How to Make Strawberry Palmiers

  • Prepare the puff pastry by rolling it out gently on a floured surface. Sprinkle granulated sugar and freeze-dried strawberry powder evenly over the top.
  • Roll the pastry inwards from both ends toward the center until they meet, forming a long log.
  • Chill the rolled pastry in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • Slice the chilled log into even pieces, about 1/2 inch thick, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through.
  • Dip the cooled palmiers in melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.

Notes

For extra flavor, drizzle melted chocolate on top before serving. Store palmiers in an airtight container for up to 2 days, or freeze unbaked slices for up to 1 month.
