For the Yogurt Base

  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt can be full-fat, low-fat, or non-fat
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup substitute with honey or agave syrup if preferred

For the Toppings

  • 1 cup Fresh Berries feel free to swap with bananas, peaches, or other seasonal fruits
  • 1 cup Granola add just before serving to keep it crispy
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon optional for those who enjoy a subtler taste

Instructions

  • Whisk together the Greek yogurt and maple syrup in a small bowl until smooth and well combined.
  • Divide the mixture evenly between two glasses or jars, using about 1/4 cup of the yogurt mix for each.
  • Layer in half of the fresh berries and granola into each glass.
  • Add the rest of the yogurt mixture on top of the berry and granola layers.
  • Top with the remaining berries and granola, and sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon over each parfait.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best taste. Drizzle with extra maple syrup for added sweetness if desired.
