Ingredients
  

  • - 2 lbs hot breakfast sausage
  • - 1 30–32 oz bag frozen tater tots
  • - 1 tsp salt
  • - ½ tsp pepper
  • - ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • - ¼ tsp onion powder
  • - 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • - ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • - 8 large eggs
  • - 2 cups milk
  • - Cooking spray for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Cook sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, mix cooked sausage, tater tots, and cheeses. Pour into the baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour over the sausage-tot mixture.
  • Bake uncovered for 60–70 minutes, until eggs are set and golden on top.
  • Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
