  • Mince the garlic finely to allow it to distribute evenly throughout the glaze.
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry using a paper towel.
  • Whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic in a small bowl until well combined.
  • Place the salmon skin-side down on the lined baking sheet and brush generously with one-third of the glaze.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, then brush with the remaining glaze and return to the oven.
