Ingredients
  

  • - 1 cup 226g unsalted butter, melted
  • - 1¼ cups 250g brown sugar
  • - ½ cup 100g granulated sugar
  • - 2 large eggs + 1 egg yolk
  • - 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • - 2¼ cups 285g all-purpose flour
  • - 2 tsp cornstarch
  • - ½ tsp baking powder
  • - 1 tsp salt
  • - ⅔ cup white chocolate chips or semisweet
  • - 1 cup chopped walnuts optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13" metal baking pan.
  • Mix melted butter and sugars. Stir in eggs, yolk, and vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
  • Stir dry into wet until just combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
  • Spread into pan and bake 25–30 mins.
  • Cool before slicing.

Notes

- Don’t overmix—keeps texture fudgy
- Use a metal pan for best results
- Store at room temp 4 days or freeze up to 3 months
