Ingredients
#### Blackberry Shimmery Liqueur
for 4 cocktails
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
- ½ cup simple syrup
- ¼ tsp purple edible luster dust
#### For 2 Cocktails
- 4 oz blackberry liqueur
- 2 oz apple juice or liqueur
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 1 tsp grenadine per glass
- Ice
- Crushed dry ice

Instructions
**Make Liqueur (Fridge)**:
Combine vodka + blackberries. Chill 5–7 days. Strain. Add syrup + shimmer.
**Make Liqueur (Sous Vide)**:
Sous vide vodka + blackberries at 135°F for 2 hrs. Strain. Add syrup + shimmer.
**Shake Drink**:
Combine liqueur, apple juice, lemon juice, syrup in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into glasses.
**Add “Heart”**:
Pour 1 tsp grenadine down side of each glass—it will sink like a bleeding heart.
**Optional Dry Ice**:
Carefully drop in a tiny piece for fog. Wait for fog to disappear before drinking.
Notes
Only use edible luster dust and food-safe dry ice. Never drink while dry ice is active.
