Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the drained canned tuna with mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add any desired chopped veggies then mix everything gently until well incorporated.
  • Slice the English cucumber into ½-inch thick rounds. Carefully scoop out the center of each disc with a melon baller or a small spoon, creating a little cup.
  • Arrange the cucumber cups on a serving platter and fill each one generously with the prepared tuna salad mixture.
