How to Make Zucchini Bread

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease 2-3 loaf pans.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat them together thoroughly until everything is well mixed and smooth.
  • Pour the batter evenly into the prepared loaf pans, filling them about two-thirds full.
  • Bake for 40-50 minutes, checking for a toothpick inserted in the center coming out clean.
