How to Make Fresh Vegetable Spring Rolls

  • Prepare a large bowl of warm water and dampen a clean kitchen towel. Lay the towel flat on your work surface.
  • Soak one rice paper wrapper in the warm water for about 15 seconds until pliable. Lay it flat on the damp towel.
