Marination and Grilling

  • Begin by placing boneless skinless chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow container. Pour your zesty Italian dressing over the chicken, ensuring it's fully coated, and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes but no more than 6 hours.
  • While your chicken is marinating, preheat your outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high heat, around 375 to 450°F (190 to 232°C). Don’t forget to oil the grates to prevent sticking!
  • Once heated, carefully place the marinated chicken on the grill. Cook each side for 4 to 6 minutes, checking that the internal temperature reaches a juicy 160°F (70°C) for food safety.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. This step is essential to allow the juices to redistribute and keep your chicken succulent.
